Synopsis:USA TODAY bestselling author Sarah Morgan introduces a sizzling new trilogy about three best friends embracing life—and love—in Manhattan
Cool, calm and competent, events planner Paige Walker loves a challenge. After a childhood spent in and out of hospitals, she's now determined to prove herself—and where better to take the world by storm than in the exhilarating bustle of Manhattan? But when Paige is let go from the job she loves, she must face her biggest challenge of all—going it alone.
Except launching her own events company is nothing compared to hiding her outrageous crush on Jake Romano—her brother's best friend, New York's most in-demand date, and the only man to break her heart. When Jake offers Paige's fledgling company a big chance, their still-sizzling chemistry starts giving her sleepless nights. But can she convince the man who trusts no one to take a chance on forever?

I received a review copy from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

It's a cute cover but not my favourite. I liked the use of the location in the cover as it's a huge part of the story. It does give of a romantic feel to the cover which is what made it cute.

Sleepless in Manhattan was a really cute and enjoyable read however there was a couple of moments that at times annoyed me. I did find it a little while before I was able to get into the story but once it really got going I enjoyed it. The relationship between Paige and Jake was a bit hit and miss as there was times when Jake said/did things that wasn't nice but he also did things for her that was sweet. Once the relationship picked up you could really tell they cared about one another and the chemistry was hot. This book wasn't just about a romantic relationship but also friendship which I think really made this book a really good book as they where there for one another. What I also liked about this book was the set up for book two which I am very much looking forward to reading. The ending was so cute and I was left with a smile on my face.

There was no character that I didn't like although there was moments when I wasn't a huge fan of Jake but he did redeem himself and in the end I could understand where he was coming from. I liked Paige she was such a strong person especially with what she had to go through when she was younger but I do feel that made her the strong character in the end. I loved Paige's brother Matt I just wish he was in it a bit more but with his book coming next that will be sorted out then. Frankie wasn't as fun loving as the other characters but already I can see a story there and I can't wait to find out all about her past. Eva has to be my favourite of the three best friends as she was so sweet and just wanted and believed in love so I can't wait for her book.

Overall, this is such a cute read and I can't wait to continue on with this series I have a feeling it's just going to get better and better.
